The Village of Sciences sprouted in 2018 as the shared dream of several scientists and volunteers. Since 2022, it has been organizing weekly programs every summer in the fields of fundamental social sciences and natural sciences with the contribution of many scientists.
The corporate structure of the Village involves the Sciences Association and the Foundation of Sciences, which continue their efforts to make the Village's activities permanent and to pass them on to future generations.
The Village of Sciences continues to be one of the important examples in Turkey for the socialization of scientific thought and critical discussion, with its unique structure that turns accessing knowledge into a collective experience.
