Graduated from the Department of Physics at METU in 1996. He completed his Master's degree in 1998 and his PhD in 2005 at the Department of Physics at the Middle East Technical University. He completed his PhD in Philosophy at the same university in 2006 with his thesis titled “New Directions in the Direction of Time”. He continued his studies abroad between 2001-2008. He worked at Ege University between 2008-2014 and at TOBB University of Economics and Technology between 2014-2018. BAĞCI, who has many articles on topics such as statistical physics and the interpretation of quantum mechanics within the framework of Whitehead process philosophy, has been continuing his studies at Mersin University since 2018.
