On March 8th, International Women’s Day, Village of Sciences organized a discussion on the impacts of war, exploitation, and patriarchy on women, centered around Claudia Llosa’s film The Milk of Sorrow (La Teta Asustada). We would like to extend our gratitude to our esteemed speakers, Aylin Topal and Esra Akgemci, for their insightful contributions. Special thanks to all our participants for this productive and vibrant dialogue, and to Respublika for hosting the event.
